Chris Green joined IG Wealth Management in 1995. He brings a strong entrepreneurial spirit to the process of personal financial planning which makes unraveling complex financial puzzles a joy, not a job. He loves making an impact on clients and watching them and their families grow through life's stages. Chris has been a member of BNI since 1995 and attributes a large part of his success to the wonderful relationships he has built there over the years.

Chris has been married to Mary Ann for over 30 years. Together they have 2 children who have both found great success in their fields. They also enjoy spending time with their dog Lily. Lily is quite the unique dog; most people would agree that she believes she is a cat.

They love to spend time travelling. Their favourite destination these days is Ireland, where their daughter currently lives.  Chris is also an avid scuba diver and loves travelling to remote diving locations to explore the world under water. He also enjoys camping a couple of times a year, and recently has started riding e-bikes with his son and brother.

Chris was a coach on the Huron Heights Warriors football team for many years and continues to support the team and their booster club years after retiring from coaching.

Lindsay joined Green Conway & Associates Private Wealth Management in 2015. She enjoys working with clients and taking the time to understand their individual needs. She takes a multifaceted approach to planning and has strong technical skills. Lindsay enjoys taking the time to get to know clients and their needs to help them make their financial dreams a reality.

Lindsay grew up in a large family. Her family values have a great impact on her approach to financial planning. She believes that it is important to include the whole family in the planning process as it aids in transparency and creates a larger cohesive picture. Lindsay and her husband, Andrew are both passionate about living a healthy lifestyle. They love spending time together trying new vegan restaurants anywhere they go. They also enjoy spending time with their pets.

Lindsay participates in the IG's Walk for Alzheimer’s and The Run for Southlake annually. She works to raise funds for these important causes and uses her physical abilities to actively participate.

Darren Green joined IG Wealth Management in 1989 and joined Chris and Lindsay to form Green Conway & Associates Private Wealth Management in 2017. Upon transitioning out of his 35-year Financial Planning career, he supports the team by fostering client relationships. He continues to provide additional support to our clients through his tax preparation business.

Darren enjoys playing sports year-round, traveling with his wife and chasing his wonderful grandkids.

When he and his wife Karen moved from Toronto in the 1988, they were looking for a smaller community to raise their family and settled on Innisfil, just south of Barrie. They quickly became involved in volunteering, fundraising and coaching in the local sports associations.

In conjunction with IGWM Barrie, Darren built a successful fundraising program for Easter Seal, raising over $100,000 in 3 years. Other ventures Darren has helped support through IG Wealth Management include Hospice Newmarket, the Barrie and Newmarket Food Banks, and Christmas food baskets for underprivileged local families.

Darren and Karen have travelled the world over the past 35 years plus of marriage. Avid cruisers, their preferred cruise-line is Celebrity, and they have made many friends and acquaintances with people from all over the world.

Nina joined Green Conway & Associates in 2018 after 15 years of experience with a major bank. She will be the first to tell you that the planning and service the team provides is second to none and far and away more sophisticated than anything she experienced at the bank. Nina loves talking to clients and providing excellent customer service. She prides herself on her organizational skills and consistently wows clients. 

At home, Nina's three little ones keep her on her toes.

Evan Finlay joined Green Conway & Associates in 2025 after graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster university. He plays a key role in supporting the client experience. As an Administrative Assistant, he is dedicated to ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and providing exceptional service to clients. Evan works closely with the advisory team to prepare financial documentation, coordinate client communications, and maintain the high standards of precision and professionalism that define the Green Conway & Associates approach.

Evan's goal is to work toward becoming a Financial Advisor with the team. With a strong background in financial services and a commitment to continuous learning, Evan brings both technical knowledge and a client-first mindset to every interaction. His attention to detail and proactive support help clients feel confident and cared for throughout their financial journey.

Anantha joined Green Conway & Associates in 2026 as Marketing Coordinator, bringing background in digital marketing, communications, and content strategy. He supports the team's marketing and communications initiatives, helping translate ideas and expertise into clear, engaging content across digital platforms. With experience spanning content development, brand communications and emerging technologies, Anantha brings a creative and thoughtful approach to how the Green Conway & Associates story is shared,

Originally from Kerala, India, Anantha now calls the Greater Toronto Area home. Outside of work, he is an avid sports enthusiast, especially motorsports, MMA, and basketball. He enjoys staying active in gym and has a keen interest in film, music and technology. He also enjoys exploring new cultures and philosophies and is always looking for something new to learn.
